How to safe remove usb storage correctly?
The device (removable hard drive, FireWire) was "stopped" using XP's "Safely Remove" and physically disconnected from the system. It cannot then be reconnected without develping the Apparently XP doesn't recognize it's own Safe Remove utility. Unplugging and plugging the drive cable in again does not fix the error.
